“I'll just say its a versatile set with a good figure at a good price, but it is one of the weaker futuron sets. Of course a weak futuron set is still a good set!”

“Small craft with a single astronaut. Is it a walker or a flyer? Either way this small Futuron set came with plenty of cool parts.”

About Space Futuron

Futuron was a LEGO Space line of 1987 to 1989 and the direct successor of Classic Space, with the same planet logo on its astronauts and a white and blue colour scheme with transparent yellow canopies. The minifigures wore new printed suits in four colours. Futuron arrived in the same year as Blacktron, the first space villains, and the catalogues showed the two sides racing each other.

Futuron consists of 18 sets that ran from 1987 to 1989. As of today, 6990 Monorail Transport System is the most valuable Futuron set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $3,789.
