Imperial Star Destroyer Reviews
Brickset
“75252 Imperial Star Destroyer has exceeded my expectations and I think other LEGO Star Wars fans may share this opinion after experiencing its sheer scale. This is undoubtedly the definitive rendition of the Imperial-class Star Destroyer.”

“Between the scale and high piece count (which tops even the 2011 Ultimate Collector Series Super Star Destroyer), a LOT of work was done to make this one stand out among the 16 years' worth of Star Destroyer entries in the LEGO Star Wars line. The instruction guide itself... More (presented in three languages including English, French, and Spanish) is basically one part collector's art book.”

Blocks Magazine Issue 63
“It’s way too expensive no matter how you slice it, but that doesn’t make it any less brilliant a feat of LEGO engineering. If your annual LEGO budget will be decimated by a set of this size, you’ll be better served in both the build and display departments by multiple... More smaller sets, particularly if you’re struggling to think where you might keep it on show. If you can make the room for it both physically and financially, though, there’s little doubt that 75252 is an eye-catching, hugely impressive model that will turn the heads of anyone who sees it. Twenty years is long enough for any theme to warrant redesigns, and this is a set that truly warrants its existence, if not its price.”
