The front of the card is made to look like a newspaper, and features a Superman minifigure mounted in a yellow brick.
1500 copies of it were given away.

“The Superman minifigure was only given away at the New York Comic-Con. A few lucky guest at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center were able to get their hands on this collector item. Superman’s signature curl ment a new black hairpiece had to be created. His face had two... More expressions painted on opposite sides. While one side gave him a serious look, the other had him grinning. Superman was put in his classic costume, and muscles were painted onto his torso.”
