LEGO 102 4.5V Motor Set was a 24 piece Trains set released in 1968. It consists of a 4.5V blue battery box for 1-prong connectors, four black smooth small solid tires, four blue banana plug connectors, a 4.5V blue motor with "4,5 V." pattern, a light gray 6x16 modified plate with a motor cutout, four light gray train rims, four red train wheels with 2x2 stud centers and cam axles, and one 12V/4.5V electric wire with two leads.

The LEGO 4.5V train theme ran from 1966 until 1971 and contained 39 sets in all. The 4.5V trains used to be the voltage standard for the first electric LEGO components where the power came from a battery box with 3x 1.5V batteries.
