LEGO 200-3 Town Plan Board Plastic was a System i Leg set released in 1957. It contains one, 60 cm x 79 1/2 cm plastic Town Plan board which was the size of 120 x 72 in studs. The board was similar to the cardboard version but was soft plastic, almost like a mat. The board includes streets, parking spaces, and outlines for buildings.
Town Plan Board Plastic is a relatively rare set, as we have not seen set 200-3 for sale in primary or secondary markets in over 6 months. The current value of this set might be slightly higher than our current estimate. The last brand new Town Plan Board Plastic was sold on eBay.

About System i Leg Town Plan

LEGO Town Plan was a theme introduced in 1958 and lasted until 1966 and was under the System i Leg (System of Play) theme. The theme was unveiled at the Nuremberg Toy Fair in February 1955. LEGO Town Plan originally consisted of the existing 700 series LEGO Mursten sets, several new HO 1:87 scale accessories, and a vinyl play mat. However, over the next several years the system was expanded with both new building sets.

Town Plan consists of 30 sets that ran from 1955 to 1959. As of today, 1306 VW Garage is the most valuable Town Plan set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $4,262.
