Wallace & Gromit Reviews
Jays Brick Blog
“I have to say, the LEGO Ideas team have done a remarkable job of staying incredibly faithful to his submission, but adding a lot of polish and fun flourishes to enhance the overall design. Gromit in particular looks fantastic, and I love that they retained the use of the... More LEGO magnifying glasses for his goggles, and also incorporated his flappy ears into the model.”
Brick Fanatics
“Despite the similarities in scale, several upgrades have been made to the original build to capture the shaping of Wallace and Gromit's limbs better than any LEGO fan could. This is thanks to a myriad of macaroni pieces in new colors, none of which would have been available... More to Sébastien.”

Wallace & Gromit currently ranks #41 out of the top most owned sets in Ideas Licensed.
About Ideas Licensed
Licensed is where LEGO Ideas sets based on films, TV series, games, music and brands are filed. Each began as a fan design that reached 10,000 supporters on the Ideas website before LEGO reviewed it, and the fan whose design is made gets a share of the sales. Licensed ideas are harder to get made, because LEGO also needs an agreement with the owner, and many popular projects have stopped at that step.
Licensed was introduced in 2012 and currently consists of 42 sets. As of today,
21348 Dungeons & Dragons Red Dragon's Tale is the most valuable Licensed set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $524.
