“Friday and Saturday this week (8-9th of April 2011) the LEGO store in Copenhagen is having its grand opening. On Friday you got a t-shirt but on Saturday you got this special mini model of the famous Nyhavn (New Harbor) in Copenhagen. This is the best part of the set. You... More get some really cool new bricks. You might think it is just another set with stickers but no. This is new PRINTED bricks.”

“I really like the Architecture series , which presents many miniatures of world architectural gems, so I drool even more for each new set from the LEGO Store Grand Opening Set series that refers to a given city through a characteristic building. The Nyhavn miniature was no... More exception, but while most of such buildings can be assembled on your own, in the case of this structure, the printed elements were problematic. Sure, you can play around with stickers or markers, but in the end, originals are originals.”

“Some specific elements make it charming. Three types of bricks: yellow 4x2, white 2x2 and orange 2x2 have black prints. It's amazing that TLG decided to produce new elements for such a small and specific set. It is a small gem in terms of design, but unfortunately, in terms... More of availability, the elements with window prints are a thorn in our side.”
