This version is the retail version based on set LEGO House Tree of Creativity (4000024) which was given to attendees of the LEGO Inside Tour in 2017. This version is only for sale at the LEGO House in Billund, Denmark where only 10,000 units have been produced for sale and was exclusively sold only at the LEGO Store located inside the LEGO House. LEGO Senior Designer Steen Sig Andersen who designed the full sized Tree of Creativity also designed this set and the 4000024 version. Steen Sig Andersen’s efforts resulted in a very nice retail version which is slightly smaller than the LEGO Inside Tour model. The model is exclusively available at LEGO House in Billund and the retail price is 599 DKK. A couple differences between the 4000024 (LIT) and 4000026 is that 4000024 has only 837 pieces compared to 1008. LIT sets has 6 minifigs and one baby and set 4000026 only has 1 minifigure. Lastly the 4000024 has 11 leaves compared to 4000026's 10 leaves.

The value for a new and factory sealed LEGO House Tree of Creativity is currently estimated at around $115. LEGO House Tree of Creativity can be found for sale on the secondary markets at a price range between $108 and $135. On the open market, a used set will fetch in the range of between $85 and $104 depending on the condition.

“Just like the larger tree, it’s based on the set features a central trunk and a number of branched platforms, each of which features mini versions of various LEGO sets. These include a Fire Engine, Castle, Rocket, Construction Vehicle and a Train. They can be attained to... More various LEGO themes, but don’t really connect to any particular set. The whole thing is topped by a crane, showing that the build is never complete. There is also a generic Minifigure included with the set, which features the LEGO House logo on the torso.”
