The Brick Fan
“The LEGO Shop Employee Minifigure (5001622) is a nice promotional polybag for both when it showed up unexpectedly with orders back in 2013 as well as now with the coupon. It makes a great minifigure if you're making a LEGO Store MOC.”

BrickEconomy Member Review
“The set includes a store employee minifigure with a detailed black uniform, a printed name tag, and a distinct face design. It also comes with a standard red 2x4 brick, which pairs well with LEGO store displays. While simple, the minifigure adds a nice touch to any LEGO store scene.”

About LEGO Brand Stores

These are the sets and minifigures given out at LEGO's own stores, mostly for openings, anniversaries and building events. Store anniversaries produced small packs in very short runs, such as the First Anniversary Box for the So Ouest store in France in 2014, limited to 300 copies.

LEGO Brand Stores was introduced in 2004 and currently consists of 55 sets. As of today, 852766 First Anniversary Box is the most valuable LEGO Brand Stores set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $531.
