LEGO 6481 Construction Crew is a Town Construction set released in 1989, containing 169 pieces and 2 minifigures. Also known as Road Works with Warning Lights, it includes a construction truck with a trailer, roadwork barriers and signage, and a functional 9V Light & Sound system. The trailer houses the yellow 9V battery box that powers three light bulbs, with connectors to illuminate road signs and light strips. It is also called "Road Works With Warning Lights" and feature the 9V light system with multiple lights..
The set features a 9V light system and the truck's trailer houses the yellow electric 9V Battery Box. The road signs and strips of lights can be attached to the 9V connectors, allowing them to light up. There are 3 light bulbs in the set. If you turn this piece you can change the feature from blinking to fixed light. The on-off feature works by pushing the grey piece on the battery box.
Construction Crew was designed by LEGO designer Torben Plagborg.

The trailer has a lot of tools including a pneumatic hammer. It has the light... More system, that can be combined, so you can take out the lights from the fences and put in the light bulbs.”
