“The articulated vehicle consists of a big center section with two identical cockpit sections attached to its rear and front respectively. The center section contains an open room with two monitors. In default configuration two detachable rocket drive modules are stored on... More its roof.”

“Overall, this is a very nice looking set that has quite a few fairly rare parts in it. It has a great deal of playability because of the modular design, where you can make three different configurations. With over 300 pieces in this set, it takes a while to build. If you can... More find this set at a good price I recommend picking it up.”

“Large ground vehicle with a central trailer and twin cockpits at front and rear. Comes with four astronauts and a brick-built robot. Giant push-me-pull-you. Splits to form two flyers (with wheels as hover jets) or 1 really odd car. Jet pack!”

About Space Classic

Classic Space began in 1978, the same year as the LEGO minifigure, and it was one of the first three themes to use it, along with Castle and Town. The astronauts came in red and white at first, with yellow, black and blue added in the 1980s, all in the same suit with the planet logo on the chest and an air tank on the back. Unlike almost every space line after it, Classic Space had no villains, only explorers with rovers, rockets, lunar bases and grey crater baseplates.

Classic consists of 90 sets that ran from 1978 to 2015. As of today, 926 Command Center is the most valuable Classic set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $4,799.
