“This classic space set offers a surprisingly large ship for its piece count, standing out among other small sets with its physical size. While the ship’s design is a bit sparse, with an open-bottom cockpit and no dedicated spot for the included Classic Space robot, it still impresses with its unique proportions and hinged side flaps for added playability. The trans-yellow cockpit and varied Classic Space elements give it a nostalgic charm, making it a great addition for collectors seeking a ship that feels more substantial.”
 

About Space Classic

The LEGO Classic Space was introduced in 1978 and was the first space theme. It features sets with peaceful space explorers with no enemies unlike other LEGO space sets. There were 5 astronaut minifigures the wore the same suites but in various colors including blue, red, white, yellow and black.

Classic consists of 90 sets that ran from 1978 to 2015. As of today, 926 Command Center is the most valuable Classic set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $4,690.
