Dag's Bricks
“The most fabulous part of this build is not the detail, though that is incredible. The gardens are varied shades of green and floral colors including medium azure and dark magenta. There's even some sand green unicorn horns to act as shrubbery. There's a trellis out the side... More that is beautiful. The fountain and reflecting pond are incredible touches.”

“To qualify for the promotion in Hong Kong TRU stores, you’ll need to spend $800 HKD (approx AU$145) to nab a free set. The sets will be spaced out throughout the weeks to incentivize LEGO fans to repeatedly drop money on the sets!”

About Toys R Us

The LEGO Toys R Us theme sets were produced in collaboration with Toys R Us and were usually exclusive to their stores. Over the years, various exclusive sets or promotions were made available only through Toys R Us, often aligning with special events, holidays, or movie releases. These exclusive sets covered a range of LEGO themes and were sought after by collectors and fans due to their limited availability. It's worth noting that while certain sets started as Toys R Us exclusives, some eventually became available through other retailers or directly from LEGO.

Toys R Us consists of 52 sets that ran from 2012 to 2024. As of today, 5004938 NINJAGO Minifigure Collection is the most valuable Toys R Us set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $397.
Summary
Promotional Toys R Us Bricktober Hotel set 40141 was released in October 2015, retailing for $20, but has since been retired. New, unopened Bricktober Hotel sets are valued at $40, while used sets can be found for $11 in good condition.
