It's very playable, with all three wagons and the grab-crane providing a different play... More experience, which is probably of little consequence to AFOLs, but it obviously is for kids.”

“For the price of the set they really focused on money, so while you spend quite some money on the set, you also are rewarded with a lot of money related items. Some nice modern parts, a lot of familiar parts. They could have used the goldish version of the 'bars' (Piece... More 99563) but apparently they didn't (the piece was included in other 2018 sets though) and just used jumper and normal tiles. They have a lot of color variations, especially the jumpers, I thought that was a minor draw-back.”

About City Trains

Trains is a subtheme of City that was introduced in 2006 and currently consists of 24 sets.

The LEGO City theme is based on city life with the sets depicting city and emergency services, police, fire, airport, train, construction, and civilian services. The City theme proceeded LEGO Town which was replaced with LEGO World City in before it was rebranded as City in 2005.

Here comes the awesome Heavy-Haul Train! It’s busy at the LEGO® City goods yard. The welder is carrying out some last minute repairs on the tracks while the driver and engineer do the final checks on the powerful diesel engine. Climb aboard the giant, sliding crane, lower the hook and carefully lift the heavy helicopter onto the flatbed wagon. Then take control of the rugged backhoe and gather the heavy bricks together while the crane operator scoops them up and drops them into the hopper wagon.When all the cargo is aboard, load up the backhoe and you’re ready to roll… “All aboard!” This tough motorized train with an 8-channel, 7-speed infrared remote control can haul just about anything! Includes 5 minifigures with assorted accessories: a train driver, engineer, welder, crane operator and a backhoe driver.
