“While the annual growth has been slightly declining over the last year, we still believe that Level Crossing is a good set to invest in if you collect City sets. Over the last several years, Level Crossing has averaged an annual growth of just around 8% and is expected to decline no more than one or two percent in the next couple of years, while City sets have an average annual return of around 6%.”

“It's just a little forklift and very simple track section. I've seen battery operated signals where they move up and down with working lights but this does not do that. Very expensive for what you get - I would not purchase this again.”

Trains is a subtheme of City that consists of 24 sets that ran from 2006 to 2022.

The LEGO City theme is based on city life with the sets depicting city and emergency services, police, fire, airport, train, construction, and civilian services. The City theme proceeded LEGO Town which was replaced with LEGO World City in before it was rebranded as City in 2005.

Raise and lower the crossing gates and repair the tracks!

Lower the crossing gates when a train comes by and then raise them again to let traffic pass over the level crossing. And use the road-rail excavator to repair the tracks or work on the road. Drive on its regular tires to the level crossing and then lower its special rail wheels for running on the tracks. Includes 1 railroad worker minifigure.
