Classic is a subtheme of Town that consists of 45 sets that as of now ran from 1978 to 1981. As of today, 1592 Town Square Castle Scene is the most valuable set in Town Classic with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $2,382.30.

LEGO Town was one of the LEGO Group's core themes which was based on town life and included sets such as emergency services like police and fire and civilian sets such as cars.
