Insights

Released in 1980 and now retired, Highway Repair is a Town Maintenance-era small set whose scarcity of intact sealed boxes from that early period supports sustained collector interest, and nostalgia for classic Town maintenance vehicles drives demand while small-set volatility remains a risk.
