Lego Maniacs' Guide
“The Lego System Town Street Sweeper (6649) was one of the nicer smaller models that the Danish company introduced into the line-up for 1995. Unique elements to this model are pretty self-explanatory, and constitute the cleaning mechanism. These are the big yellow... More compartments where you place the cylindrical broom or brush, and the brushes in turn are two separate prickly pieces of soft plastic, approximately two studs long and two studs wide.”

“This 1995 street sweeper set offers a simple yet functional design, featuring durable bristle pieces that have remained largely unchanged for decades. The minifigure has a distinct printed torso design typical of the era, though no printed legs. Notable features include a slanted windscreen, clips for attachments, and spray cans at the rear, making it a practical build for its time.”
