LEGO 1974-4 Star Quest is a Space/Futuron set released in 1989, containing 36 pieces and 1 minifigure. The set includes a one-man spacecraft and a Futuron astronaut minifigure, with the ship built in black and white and accented by translucent red and blue elements. It was not sold as a standalone retail set and was only available in the 1974 Bonus Pack/Triple Pack. That value pack also included a Forestmen set and a Town set.

About Space Futuron

Futuron was a LEGO Space line of 1987 to 1989 and the direct successor of Classic Space, with the same planet logo on its astronauts and a white and blue colour scheme with transparent yellow canopies. The minifigures wore new printed suits in four colours. Futuron arrived in the same year as Blacktron, the first space villains, and the catalogues showed the two sides racing each other.

Futuron consists of 18 sets that ran from 1987 to 1989. As of today, 6990 Monorail Transport System is the most valuable Futuron set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $3,789.
