Insights

A promotional holiday giveaway with a short 2019 window, Gingerbread House (40337) is a microscale Seasonal Christmas release whose scarcity and tie-in to the larger Gingerbread House drive recurring holiday demand, and its lack of minifigures and seasonal spikes add some volatility.

BrickFanatics

“All the charm and fun of 10267 Gingerbread House is perfectly captured at this smaller scale, wonderfully translated through clever piece selection and that same colour scheme throughout. Where the larger 10267 offers an interactive exploration into a sweet-inspired home,... More 40337 produces a delightful mini model ideal for Christmas display.”

“There’s a lot to like about 40337 Gingerbread House, and as a small display model, either as a version of 10267 Gingerbread House or as its own thing, this is a set that adds quality and character to any Christmas display.”

Brick Finder

“LEGO delivers a compact micro scale gingerbread house that retains all the notable details of its counterpart. The model on its is simply gorgeous. Coupled with the fact that it was adapted from a larger model makes this a subtle achievement in its own right.”
