Nicholas Groves Designed LEGO Sets

Nicholas Groves is a British-born designer who has significantly contributed to The LEGO Group, particularly in themes such as Castle, Harry Potter, and Toy Story. His notable designs include the Medieval Market Village (set 10193) and Diagon Alley (set 10217), both celebrated for their intricate details and playability. Groves also designed the Mill Village Raid (set 7189), which is unique for introducing the LEGO goat, a rare and highly sought-after piece among collectors. Beyond set design, he has contributed to LEGO's cinematic ventures, serving in the art department for "The LEGO Movie" (2014) and "The LEGO Batman Movie" (2017). Currently, Groves resides in Billund, Denmark, where he continues to influence LEGO's creative direction as a Creative Director, focusing on developing designers' skills and enhancing workflow processes.
