Insights

Released in the late 1990s and retired, Ice Cream Seller (set 2885) sits in the Town Shops and Services lineup and benefits from nostalgia and post-retirement scarcity for sealed copies, and its small, generic impulse design and lack of exclusive molds limit upside and add volatility.

Set Facts

The set includes an ice cream cart, a cash register with a $100 bill, and a female customer minifigure.

About Town Shops and Services

Food arrived with 6683 Hamburger Stand in 1983, 6376 Breezeway Cafe in 1990 and 6350 Pizza To Go in 1994.

Shops and Services consists of 29 sets that ran from 1980 to 2003. As of today, 6390 Main Street is the most valuable Shops and Services set with an estimated new/factory sealed value of $3,099.
