This was a re-release of Town set 6376 of the same name from 1990.
The LEGO Legends branding was a series where LEGO re-released some of their most popular and iconic sets from previous years. This was done to appeal to both nostalgic adult fans and newer collectors. The sets in this line were typically identical to the original releases, allowing fans to purchase classic sets that were no longer in production. The LEGO Legends series was part of LEGO's effort to connect with their fan community and celebrate their history.

“The 10037 LEGO Breezeway Café set is a great addition to any LEGO collection. It features a café, an ice cream parlor, and a gas station all in one! The set comes with lots of fun details, like 4 gas pumps and even an air pump. The café has plenty of seating, plus a register and some food items. The ice cream parlor has its own selection of flavors and treats. With two minifigures included, there's lots of potential for fun role-play scenarios. Overall, this set is sure to provide hours of imaginative play!”
