The LEGO Lester minifigure was a promotion give away released at the grand opening of the LEGO store at Leicester Square London. There were a limited number of only 275 Lester minifigures available to the first customers who scratched off a special ticket to relieved if they had won him. At the Flagship opening the Lester minifigure that was available for the AFOL attendees as well as for shoppers.

A common version of Lester Leicester also exists in a polybag as set 40308, which was given to participants who did not win the scratch-off as well as a Creator Parrot. Both versions feature the same minifigure, Lester with a smiling head, three-piece suit, and a Union Flag waistcoat under a dark blue jacket.

The value for a new and factory sealed Lester Leicester Square is currently estimated at around $1,086. “Going to the Lester minifigure: the guy has a dark blue dress. The particularity is the unique torso with the Union Jack and prints on the back of the jacket. Despite the simplicity, I like a lot this minifigure, in particular for its uniqueness.”
